Help running an eval.

Start with the lab and the docs. If the agent still will not score, or a bounty replay disagrees with a claim, write us.

Fastest path

New to Canary — read the documentation, then run an eval in the lab. First pass is usually under 20 minutes.
Agent will not connect — confirm you are pointing a payments, trading, treasury, or spend agent at Canary, not a support or research bot, and that tools are sandbox credentials only.
Score looks wrong — rerun the same scenario. Canary findings are replayable; a one-off chat is not a result.
Bounty dispute — payouts wait on an independent Confirm-replay. Open the bounty thread with the run id.

We do not provide incident response for live production losses over this channel. Canary is for catching the exploit before it ships.
